Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
- Full payment is due before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before tour: Full refund minus processing fee
- 30 days before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before tour: No refund
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants with full refund:
Participant Requirements
- Valid motorcycle license (A license) required
- Minimum age: 18 years (or as specified for specific tours)
- Participants must be in good physical health
- Must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
- Must sign liability waiver before tour commencement
Safety and Conduct
- All participants must wear provided safety equipment at all times
- Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during tours is strictly prohibited
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation for safety violations or misconduct
Equipment and Rentals
- Rental motorcycles and equipment are provided in good working condition
- Participants are responsible for equipment within fair-use terms
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges
- Insurance coverage details will be provided in rental agreement
Liability
Off-road motorcycling involves inherent risks. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, participants assume responsibility for their participation. Our liability is limited to the fees paid, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Photography and Media
We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such use unless you opt out in writing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date.
